I enjoyed a quiet lunch here. The waitress was kind and efficient, not intrusive, and the decor was simple and cheery. The food was delicious, and arrived just as I had ordered it: a cool, crisp salad with dressing on the side (and a ton of bacon!), along with a crispy, melty grilled cheese with more bacon. The orange water was very refreshing. The whole experience was homey, yummy, and completely satisfying. :)

Quaint location and great selection! I had the Pick Two (Whole Sandwich and cup of soup)The Chicken Cordon Blue panini was delicious and the Buffalo chicken soup wasn't to spicy. I ate outside on the cobblestone patio and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The staff was attentive and polite. I'll definitely return

Excellent! I had the grilled cheese and bacon and it was so good. It had like 3 or 4 cheeses. It ain’t your momma’s grilled cheese sandwich.

This was a great experience. I made my own combo with the rueben and a cup of chicken tortilla soup. Both were quite tasty. The sweet tea was on point as well. Definitely would come back.

Always fun and delicious choices at The Eclectic Chef! Both healthy eaters and the more indulgent types will find tasty plates to satisfy. There are not a lot of tables inside so you might consider eating streetside and do some people watching.

This place is really good. Every time I have been the food is excellent and the staff is great. Eclectic Chef is an awesome spot to stop for lunch! Definitely recommend, and I'll be back.

Awesome Hot Italian sandwich and pasta salad. Don't get the last slice of cake. It was dried out.

We stopped by on our way back to NC for a quick bite and were pleasantly surprised. Food was amazing and my coffee was fresh. Restaurant was super clean too. Great service.

We stopped here 30 minutes before closing time, but they took us right in. I had the chicken and goat cheese wrap and thought it was outstanding. Beware, it's comes wrapped in a very thin paper. After eating 1/2, I realized I had eaten the paper, thinking it was a thin rice wrap, lol. Even with the paper, I'd give it a five star. But unless you need more fiber, maybe remove the paper.

Had a excellent experience here with my girlfriend. The food was served rapidly and the service is just good. Prices are convenient.

Quick walk up and order delicatessen located in downtown old Summerville SC.no alcohol but what looks to be fairly healthy lunch alternative at a decent relatively cheap price. Wow is all I can say. What an awesome find. Having a hard time writing the review because the food is so tasty. Get here before it closes. Lots of local to go orders. I'm so impressed with our two meals. I whole heartedly recommend this place the next time you visit Summerville SC.

Sarah was very kind and accommodating to my request of a vegan vanilla and strawberry cake. She worked her magic as the cake was ordered on a Saturday and ready for pick up on Monday. Here is the best part, the cake was delicious!!! It also was very pretty with a great presentation. Thank you Sarah for making this vegan birthday girl from California so satisfied.

So delicious!! Such quality ingredients and great flavor! We had a kids’ grilled cheese and a Caesar Salad with grilled salmon. Everything was very yummy and quick service! Perfect lunch spot.

My hard to please family loves this place! Kids menu is decent. Perfect for a sit down lunch during Farmers Market. Outside and indoor tables and great fresh food. You order at the counter, they'll bring food to you, but you are expected to grab own drinks and silverware which is kinda weird because they put tip options on receipt. Friendly staff.

Very good! Try their Cuban sandwich or Reuben. I ended up coming back and had a jello with pretzel. Not sure how you came up with it but it was delicious!!! Nice work guys

Nice place, the food was really good. I ordered Tuscan chicken panini with chicken rice and vegetable soup. My husband ordered grilled cheese with bacon and buffalo chicken soup. And my kids split eclectic chicken gyro which came with pasta salad or potato salad. We picked pasta salad. I think my husband's soup was better... the buffalo chicken and I liked his sandwich and the kids sandwich better than mine. The pasta salad has a balsamic vinaigrette hint to it. The prices were not too expensive about $8 each item and they take military discounts so all together was about $35 with two soft drinks. I also bought four cake pops the chocolate kind. it wasn't chocolate inside the chocolate was only outside the inside to me tasted like cookie dough I didn't really care for it. I had better cake pops elsewhere. FYI they have a changing table in the bathroom which is really nice if you have little kids.

This place is delicious! If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, salad, or sweet treat- this is the place! The sandwiches are well made and so tasty, and the staff is supper nice. My only complaint is that I wish they had a larger menu so I could try more delicious creations from TEC! We will be back for me.

Ruben was absolutely delicious! The tomato soup was meh, But my God that Ruben though... It was really good... Like really really good... You have to get it with Parmesan Texas toast, but yeah, best reuben ever!

We went in for lunch and ordered the sandwich and salad combo. It was $10.50 and for that price, the portions were huge! I got the apple chicken wrap and now have a new favorite meal! The sauce on it was so good. I would highly recommend!

The menu had a good selection and good prices. The salad was great. The chicken for the gyro was dry. It is a snug shop that stays warm and humid. There is outside seating as well.

Rocky Stech from the Eclectic Chef recently catered our wedding reception. With a delicious menu of Chicken Marsala BBQ Pork, a sweet and regular potato bar, and so much more, our guests were more than delighted. We've received so many compliments about the food, and owe it all to Rocky and his staff. He was wonderful to work with, and we could trust him completely to take care of our guests. We will be recommending him to everyone we know, and would choose him over again to cater any event. Thanks for everything!

This place is my new favorite lunch spot. I had the chicken and avocado panini with the wild greens salad. They were both delicious. My husband had the chicken salad sandwich and Greek salad. He said it was the best chicken salad he’s ever had! I can’t wait to try everything on their menu!!!
